Refund & Return Policy

At ARB Snacks, we value your satisfaction.
We accept refund or replacement requests only if:
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item was damaged or expired upon arrival.
  • You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel (with photo proof).
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days through your original payment method or store credit.

Please note:

  • We cannot refund opened or partially consumed products.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for food items.
