At ARB Snacks, we value your satisfaction.
We accept refund or replacement requests only if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The item was damaged or expired upon arrival.
- You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel (with photo proof).
Please note:
- We cannot refund opened or partially consumed products.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for food items.
